Premium Questions Not Unlocking?
Don't worry — this is an easy fix. Follow the 3 steps below to restore your purchase and access all premium content.
Delete the Exam App
Remove the exam app you purchased from your device:
iOS: Long-press the app icon → tap Remove App → Delete App
Android: Long-press the app icon → tap Uninstall
Long-press the exam app icon on your home screen, then tap Remove App → Delete App → Delete.
Long-press the exam app icon, then tap Uninstall → OK.
Reinstall from the App Store / Google Play
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for the exact exam app name you purchased (e.g., "AWS SAA-C03 Exam Prep", "CISSP Practice Test"). Download and install it again.
Open the App Store and search for the exact exam app name you purchased. Tap the download button (cloud icon). It won't charge you again.
Open Google Play Store and search for the exact exam app name you purchased. Tap Install.
⚠️ Important
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used when you originally purchased premium. If you use a different account, the restore won't find your purchase.
Tap "Restore Purchase"
Open the freshly installed app. You'll see the "Unlock Premium Now" button. Right below it, there's a "Restore Purchase" button.
Tap Restore Purchase and wait a few seconds. The app will verify your purchase with Apple/Google, unlock premium, and automatically download all premium question sets for you. ✅
✅ That's it!
All premium question sets will be automatically downloaded and ready to use. No need to download them manually — just open any topic and start practicing!
❓ Why does this happen?
Sometimes after a purchase, the app's local data gets out of sync with the App Store / Google Play receipt. This can happen due to network issues during the purchase, app updates, or device changes. Reinstalling forces a fresh sync with the store, which fixes the issue.
